You received the wrong product (a different article or color)

You received a damaged or faulty product from our end

Your request will be accepted if the product is:

Unaltered

Unused and unwashed

In its original packaging with tags attached

How to request an exchange or return:

Contact our customer support team within 3 working days of receiving your parcel

Share clear proof of the issue, in the form of a photo or video, along with your order invoice via email to winarabytig@gmail.com

Our team will review your request and process it within 7 working days

Important: Custom orders are not eligible for exchange or return under any circumstances.
